Had dinner with Kevin, Mich and Raymond.. for Kevin's really belated B'day.

Earlier in the evening.. while i was having a hair cut at Supercuts Parkway, my stylist duly informed me that he was a Guardsmen with 1st Guards. And i was like Double U TEE eff (stolen from clem) mate! haha.. and we were talking about Mt Biang.. and RCO.. and Lakiun camp and Amoy Quee Camp while he was prunng my manes.

I've come to the conclusion that Raymond should be renamed Emily Murphy Tan.

Reason being.. as usual.. Raymond is still horribly possessed.. or at least he acts like one.. and he's pretty much the epitome of Murphy's law.

It was the second time we went to Novena Church in the evening for Confession. and it was the second time he missed the opportunity to get his confession heard. Talk about being late man..

The weather is pretty much SUCKY again. Darn it. To think i was hoping to get some sun all this time.

I got my first X'mas present! HAHA.. from RRTMW. (though i kinda paid for it first :P) haha.

Tonight.. BBQ at East Coast. hmmm..

can't wait for X'mas at Celine's..

There was this crucifix at the Novena Bookshop.. Sterling silver.. plain, twigged crucifix. lovely. so plain.

Went for rcia after about. erm. 1 half weeks of abscence. been thinking about my commitments to church. etc. and how i want to go about facing everything.

Its was blardy adorable. The Children's Liturgy's Christmas Paegent. The kids were so amusingly cute.. and the BABY! he is so squishy. You can like squish him in his cheeks.. and he'll look at you with the "What the Freak do you think you're doing." and suddenly.. my phone rang, he looked at me as though saying.. "you didn't warn me that was going to happen".

I didn't really got to notice how beautiful church was till last night.. I guess its the same for everything else. You enver seem to notice till one day.. you just suddenly come into realisation that it is indeed beautiful.

This year ain't gonna be a borng x'mas.. but rather, i am choosing to have a spiritual one.. where i can take some time off, relax, and ponder on the goodness of the grace of G-d.

On the side note.. just incase i get dooced from work..

XX is a real piss off. I don't appreciate having the authority and dignity of my branch being breached. If an officer belonging to my branch so decides to go on off, i'm informed, and S3 is notified, and it is in all fair justification, i cannot see why you must call your PA to ask my junior officer on who's authority is he absent. My goodness. Whose jurisdiction is this?

Which is also the reason why I emphasised that all my guys get their off passes chopped and stamped even though people hardly check. But the crux is, i don't want anybody to question the way i handle my guy's off, and i want it to be clear and aboveboard.

I admit, i am indeed generous with offs (though not as santa-claus-generous as Jerry). But my belief is that, if i have nothing for you to do.. and you've got nothing to do. Please either make yourself scarce, or make yourself useful.

THe weather is glooomy again. I was hoping to go swimming today. Darn. And come to think of it. Its been a BLOODY long time since i've gone to sentosa. argh.
